Oliver Rogerson
With over 20 years of experience, my career in the IT industry has ranged from IT support & engineering to the role of Operations Director of a successful Microsoft Managed Service Provider. In 2018 I took the leap into setting up my own business and, with Mike (a previous colleague), I cofounded Nova.
Due to the continued support we have received from clients, old and new, we set up The Nebula Group in 2022 to replicate our IT support model in different sectors. Our commitment to our clients is to retain the exclusivity of service, whilst providing the stability and experience of being part of something bigger.
I’m delighted to introduce the first company launched within the group using the Nova model, exclusively supporting the wider Financial Services industry – Polaris IT Support.
Operations Director
Over the last 10 years, I’ve held a variety of senior roles within the IT support sector, focused on the client experience. This includes working for Microsoft and being the Operations Director of Nova since 2018.
My role at Polaris is to ensure an exceptional client experience is at the forefront of everything we do. The company values, the staff we hire, the training & support we provide, and so much more are all key components in achieving this. We are constantly monitoring and taking on board valuable client feedback to ensure our service offerings exceed expectations across the board.
I’m excited to bring dedicated, industry-leading service standards to Financial Services businesses via Polaris IT Support.
Senior IT Support Technician
Since a young age, I’ve held an interest in IT and solving computer issues, so working at Polaris is a perfect fit for me. I look forward to further developing my skills while at Polaris. In my spare time I like to travel as much as possible, climb mountains, play video games with friends, and take my dog for long countryside walks.
Polaris was founded in 2022 as part of The Nebula Group.
